Trails will remain closed until adequate snow is reached and all trails are marked. Seeing fresh tracks on the snowmobile trails today does not mean its ok to ride them. The snow may be on the ground but our season has NOT started yet. The corn is still standing in many fields and trails are not even finished. Pass this along to all your friends let them know in case they forgot. Updated on November 26, 2014 at 7:00 a.m...
Trails are groomed once a week depending on the weather forecast and time. Please use caution when you meet the groomer. If you meet the groomer please stop and wait until it has passed.
Please stay on the marked trail. We have a few places that snowmobilers are getting off of the trail and if it continues we will have those sections be watched by the DNR. This is your warning you have no business going off of the marked trails. We have the trails marked for a reason when you get off of the trail you are trespassing and it becomes a safety issue as you don't know where there maybe something hazardous.
